Rent Right
This is a joint project between the Committee on the Shelterless (a non-profit agency which serves the homeless in Southern Sonoma County) and the Petaluma Adult School. This rigorous 9-week class allows students to develop the skills and resources they need to become successful renters. Local landlords and property managers help teach the course and answer questions.

Students will create a renter’s portfolio, consisting of a completed rental application, annotated credit report, letter of introduction and a household budget. Students who are not COTS clients and wish to get a tenant screening and credit report will be charged a $15 fee. Class begins with a meal. Childcare is provided. To register please call Eileen Morris at 765-6530.
