Liver Health Workshop

The liver performs more than 560 functions in the body! It is the largest organ (excluding the
skin), and it filters the blood for hormones and chemicals that no longer serve our bodies and
filters the toxins and poisons we ingest/inhale daily. The liver is the organ associated with
the emotions of anger, irritation, and frustration in Chinese medicine and closely related to
how well we are able to access and use our “personal power.” In this workshop you will learn
simple meditative techniques for clearing the constricting and limiting energies from the liver
so that the liver - and the rest of your body - may operate from vitality and wellness.

Taking Charge of Your Blood Pressure
