Minimum Requirements
for Administrative Positions:
- A valid
California Administrative Services credential
- Master's degree
for assistant principal, principal, director or assistant
superintendent positions
- Minimum of three
years of successful teaching experience
Special Notes
Regarding Employment:
- The applicant offered this position, if
not a
current District employee, must be fingerprinted by the District and
have
those fingerprints cleared by the Department of Justice (DOJ) before a
contract can be signed. Actual hire date will be no earlier than
the date that fingerprint clearance is received from the DOJ.
There
is a fingerprint processing fee, payable by the applicant, to process
fingerprints.
Salary:

Salary Schedule:
- Annual advanced
degree stipend of $1,098 for Master's
- Annual advanced
degree stipend of $2,194 for Doctorate
- Annual stipend of $1,098 for National Board
certification (teaching)
- Longevity stipends
- Salary will be
prorated for contracts less than 1.0 FTE and/or late starts

Certificated
employees who work 1.0 FTE are required to participate in a health
plan.
Participation in the dental and vision plans is

Interview

chosen by the Selection

will be observed by the Selection Advisory Committee
