The Petaluma City Schools Board of Education holds regularly scheduled meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the District Office at 200 Douglas St., Petaluma. There is only one meeting scheduled during the months of July, August, November, December, and March due to summer break, spring break, and holiday months.

Petaluma City Schools Board of Education meetings are traditionally recorded by Petaluma Community Access, a non-profit community access television station in Petaluma. Past meetings up to August 2020 can be found on the Petaluma Community Access YouTube Channel. Current PCS Board of Education meetings are held on and recorded via Zoom. You can find meetings held from August 2020 to present on the Petaluma City Schools YouTube Channel. We do our best to get recordings up quickly but it can take time. In most cases, recordings will be posted by the Friday following the meeting (three business days), if not sooner.
