    Need Tech Support?

    1. Start by reviewing the Knowledge Base at petk12.freshdesk.com to find instructions or an answer to your question.
    2. If the Knowledge Base does not resolve the issue, submit a ticket by Logging into Freshdesk, or by sending an email to helpdesk@petk12.org. Please include the following:
    • Student’s full name
    • Student ID number
    • School
    • Preferred contact information
    • A thorough description of the issue

    A representative from the PCS Technology department will make contact and attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If PCS Technology determines that the device needs to be swapped out, they will provide instructions for drop-off/pickup.

    Aeries Parent/Student Portal

    Aeries Parent Portal allows families to keep up with student progress, including both grades and attendance. You can also choose to receive weekly emailed status updates.

    Clever Single Sign-On

    The Clever Single Sign-On portal offers students one location to access educational technology resources. Students can log in with a QR code or through Google using their petk12.org account.

    iPad Best Practices


    StudentSquare (student version of ParentSquare) is the communication platform used for classroom, school, and district communications.  StudentSquare is available in Self Service for PCS iPads and is included in the PCS Bookmarks for Chromebooks.  Students may install the app on their personal devices.
