Negotiations Update: December 17, 2021
As we prepare to begin a much needed Winter Break, we wanted to share our appreciation for the incredible work you have done this semester. Your efforts on behalf of PCS students to welcome them back to school during a pandemic and bring some stability and continuity back to their lives is nothing short of amazing. Our students and families are truly fortunate to have you in their lives. Thank you.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with an update on our negotiations efforts before we move into the break. While negotiations got started much later than usual this year, we have been working diligently as a team to find our common ground and reach an agreement. While we aren’t sharing all details of the offer, we did want to let you know that we continue to discuss ways to increase compensation to give you some measure of confidence of forward progress as we head into Winter Break. Negotiations are seldom simple, and this offer requires more conversations. However, our teams are committed to continuing to work together to find common ground and reach an agreement for the benefit of our staff and students. We hope to continue bringing you good news as we continue our work...
