Individualized Learning for Educators & StudentsThe Learning & Innovation and K-12 Curriculum/Staff Development committees have collaborated to design the PCS professional development day for June 3, 2019. Our goal for the event is to offer a mini-conference that includes a spirit of fun and appreciation, while providing educators with opportunities for meaningful learning, reflection, and planning.
- 7:30-8:30 AM -- Pancake Breakfast served by Superintendent Gary Callahan and leadership (Gym)
- 8:30-9:30 AM -- Welcome, introduction and keynote speaker: Lisa DeLapo (Gym)
- 9:45-10:30 -- "Team Time" for goal setting and reflection.
- 10:45-11:45 -- Session 1
- 11:45-12:45 -- Lunch (Food trucks, Mobile Maker Lab, Wildlife Museum)
- 12:45-1:45 -- Session 2
- 2:00-2:30 -- "Team Time" for feedback and reflection.
- 2:45-3:00 -- Whole group conclusion: raffle, ice cream, and wrap-up. (Gym)

Below are forms to be completed during each Team Time session. You will receive a copy of the form for your future use and a copy of the form will be reviewed by members of the planning committee to aid in the ongoing improvement of PCS professional development offerings.
Sign-UpsTo ensure that there is enough space for all participants, please sign-up before attending a session.
Session information is available on the sign-up form and on the Sessions page. Please note that some sessions will only be available for either session 1 or 2, while others are available for both.
We are using an online sign-up tool called singup.com. Please sign up for Session 1 and Session 2.
LunchFood trucks will be available at the front of the school for participants to purchase lunch. Vendors include BNB Wings & Things, Tips Trip Tip, and North Border Taco.The SCOE Mobile Maker Lab will be in the quad (near the food trucks) for you to explore.The Petaluma Wildlife Museum will be open during lunch. It is a truly amazing natural history museum that is completely student-run. If you have not visited, it is a must.
