• Need Tech Support?

    1. Start by reviewing the Knowledge Base at petk12.freshdesk.com to find instructions or an answer to your question.
    2. If the Knowledge Base does not resolve the issue, submit a ticket by Logging into Freshdesk, or by sending an email to helpdesk@petk12.org. Please include the following:
    • Student’s full name
    • Student ID number
    • School
    • Preferred contact information
    • A thorough description of the issue

    A representative from the PCS Technology department will make contact and attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If PCS Technology determines that the device needs to be swapped out, they will provide instructions for dropoff/pickup.


    New to Casa or Need a Chromebook?

    Please stop by the multi-purpose room between 1-3pm on Tuesday or Thursday. Please wear a mask and wait outside the MPR (while social distancing) and we will call you up to the table by the door to check out a computer to you. Please bring your student ID with you for all new chromebook requests.
