• Senior Activities Dates:

    Below are some important dates for seniors to be aware of as we get closer to the end of the school year. 

    • April 19th at 6pm in the PHS Gym: PEF Scholarship Reception 

    • April 19th - May 12th - Prom Ticket Sales

    • April 20th - End of Grading Period

    • April 21st - Cap and Gown Distribution

    • April 27th - all day in F3: SRJC last chance workshop

    • April 27th at 6pm at St Vincent’s HS: Community Achievement Awards (Top 10) 

    • May 1st:  Deadline to notify colleges of acceptance (SIR = Student Intent to Register)

    • May 1st - 12th: AP exams

    • May 22nd - 26th: Super Spring Week 

      • Thursday, May 25th on Ellison Field: Senior Rally during 2nd period 

      • Thursday, May 25th On Ellison Field from 5:30pm-7:30pm: Senior Sunset and pickup yearbooks

      • Friday, May 26th In the Gym from 8am - 10:30am: Senior Recognition Awards  
      • Friday, May 26th Schedule TBD: Car Show and Yearbook distribution. 

    • Sunday, May 28th at 7pm at SF Galleria: Prom for the class of 2023!

    • June 7th - 9th: Finals

    • Friday, June 9th: Graduation Practice - Ice Cream Social

    • Saturday, June 10th at 10am:  PHS Graduation! 

Important Technology Information

  • Petk12 Account Transfer

     As we approach spring, the PCS Technology department wanted to reach out to all 12th grade students to encourage them to prepare to transfer their petk12 account to a personal Gmail account after graduation. Students will lose access to their petk12 account 120 days after graduating and should make plans to transfer or copy their Drive to another account.  Here are the recommended methods for doing this:

    Transfer with Google Takeout

    After graduation, please click here to transfer your petk12 account to a personal Gmail account using Google Takeout.  Here is a video demonstrating the process.  Here are instructions on how to create a personal Google account if you need to do so.

    Share and Make Copies of Drive Files

    If the Google Takeout option does not work, we suggest sharing Google Drive files (Docs, Sheets, etc.) with a personal Google account, to then create a copy of the files in the personal Google account.  The files will exist in the personal Google account independent of petk12 account.
