PCS HelpdeskNeed technology help? The PCS Helpdesk provides support with Aeries, ParentSquare, computer hardware/software/peripherals, iPads, Chromebooks, digital curriculum, internet connectivity, app/extension requests, and more.
Before creating a support ticket, please review the Knowledge Base, including topics such as app resources, printer setup, MacOS updates, and more.
If the Knowledge Base doesn't resolve the issue, create a support ticket through the web form or by sending an email to helpdesk@petk12.org.

Internet Filter BypassSign in to unblock websites: Filter Login Page
On campus, connect to the PCS-Staff wireless network using your username (first part of email address w/out @petk12.org; eg. jsmith) and petk12 account password, for staff level access to the internet.

The Linewize internet filter includes an online classroom management tool for use with Chromebooks and the Chrome browser.

Password Reset, petk12 account
Go to https://resetpassword.petk12.
org/ and select the “Forgot your password?” option beneath the Login button. This will initiate an email including a link to reset your password. This will reset your petk12.org Google account, 2020 MacBook login, Windows computer login, and Evaluat'd login.
Navigate to the evaluat'd login page to log in with your username (email without @petk12.org) and petk12 account password.
