Supporting Students @ Casa
We all need safe spaces to relax, unwind, and connect to wellness. These resources are intended to bring you calmness, and reset your mind and your body when you feel stress. Your feelings are valid and we encourage you to prioritize taking care of yourself in healthy ways. Taking time to manage your emotions this way improves relationships, learning and wellness. Take time to explore Petaluma City Schools (PCS) calm space site and the different options, relying on what has worked in the past, and also challenging yourself to try new things!
