Tech Help for PHS Students

Tech Support
Students and families can receive technology support for PCS issued iPads and Chromebooks by sending an email to helpdesk@petk12.org. Please include the following:

  • Student’s full name
  • Student ID number
  • School
  • Preferred contact information
  • A thorough description of the issue

A representative from the PCS Technology department will make contact and attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If PCS Technology determines that the device needs to be swapped out, they will provide instructions for dropoff/pickup.

In-Person Tech Support
In-person support for student technology will be available on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at a window in the Student Assistance Center. No appointment required. If you choose to come to campus, please be sure to complete a self wellness check before coming to campus and wear a mask. If you feel unwell, please stay home and contact the PCS HelpDesk for online support.
