2019 Summer Meal Program Public Announcement

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

PETALUMA CITY SCHOOLS IS OFFERING FREE SUMMER MEALS

Kids and Teens, 18 and under

 

McKinley Elementary School: 6/10 – 7/12

Service time:

Breakfast: 8:00 – 8:30

Lunch: 12:00 – 12:30

 

Casa Grande High School: 6/10 – 7/19

Service time:

Breakfast: 8:00 – 8:30

Lunch:

11:00 – 11:30

There will be no service at either site on July 4th and 5th.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at the Filing a Program Discrimination Complaint as a USDA Customer page, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
